At BoxGuessHey, we accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your lint remover. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and retained in its original packaging.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item using the guidelines provided, and subsequently place a new order for the item you desire.
